Your design is drawn up digitally through CAD (computer-aided design).. 3D casted into the metal of your choice.. And finally, handset with ethically sourced diamonds/gemstones & polished to perfection.

How do I submit a custom request form?

When will I hear back from you after submitting a custom request form?
You may expect a response within 1-3 days after custom submission outlining the details & approval of your piece.
Do customs require a deposit to get started?
After design approval, a $175 deposit will secure the creation of your custom CAD (Computer-Aided Design), the next step in bringing your vision to life. A CAD is a detailed digital rendering of your jewelry piece; it serves as the visual blueprint that transforms your ideas into a precise 3D model. This allows both you and I to view your piece from every angle and make any necessary refinements before it’s brought into production.
How long will it take to receive my CAD?
CAD designs are usually ready within 2–3 days of approval. If needed, two revision sessions are included to refine your initial design. Any additional remodeling beyond that may incur a design fee.
Do you source stones?
Yes. Rachel Lynn Jewelry sources only the finest, ethically and sustainably selected diamonds and gemstones, both natural and lab-grown. Every diamond over 1 carat is accompanied by a certified report verifying its quality and authenticity.

Do you work with stones provided by the client?
I occasionally create with stones provided by my clients, especially cherished heirloom diamonds, and in some cases, gemstones too. When submitting your custom request, please share as much information as possible. Appraisals, detailed notes, and clear photos help create a smooth and accurate approval process.
What metals do you work with?
Each custom creation may be crafted in your choice of 14k or 18k yellow, white, or rose gold, or in platinum.
Is there a minimum budget for custom creations?
Yes, the minimum budget for custom work is currently $1,200.
Financing & Payment Plans
Flexible payment options are available through Shop Pay at checkout.

For larger purchases or longer payment plans, Shop Pay may offer extended financing options that can include interest. Do you make mens jewelry?
Yes. While my designer collections tend to have a more feminine aesthetic, I’m always open to creating custom pieces for men, as well as matching bridal sets for couples.
Do you have a limit of customs you take on per month?
Each custom piece is given the time and care it deserves, so the number of custom creations I accept each month depends on current projects and studio capacity. When my schedule is full, a waitlist will be offered for the following month’s openings.
Do you accept rush orders?
Rush orders are a case by case scenario and may be possible with an additional fee. Please notate such in your submission or email info@rachellynnjewelry.com
