To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, showing no signs of wear or damage, including, but not limited to, missing or broken stones, scratched metal, or other alterations. Please note that these policies do not apply to non-refundable items.
Customers are responsible for any shipping and insurance costs associated with sending their item back for a refund or exchange. Once your piece is received and carefully reviewed, your return will be processed.
If significant damage is found that occurred while the item was in your possession, the cost of necessary repairs may be deducted from the final refund amount.
Non-Refundable Items
Non-refundable items include custom pieces, rings, and jewelry marked as final sale. Due to the creative process, time, and craftsmanship involved in creating a custom design or a ring made to your specific size, these items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I cancel my order?
