Ready to ship items will ship within 1-3 days. Made to order items will ship within 3-5 weeks.
All Rachel Lynn Jewelry pieces will arrive in packaging labeled “Rachel Lynn”, a simple, discreet detail thoughtfully chosen to keep your treasures protected and ensure they reach you safely.

All domestic (US) orders will be shipped with UPS & have two options available, next day or 2 day shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All packages from Rachel Lynn Jewelry are fully insured. Orders over $1,000 will require a signature upon delivery. All orders will attempt to be delivered three times & if for any reason there is no one available to sign, the package will be returned. From there, I will reach out to make arrangements for reshipping your item. Please be aware that the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. 

All international packages are sent with either UPS or DHL & require a signature upon delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that your country may charge you additional import/custom fees & it is your responsibility to cover these costs. If for any reason there is failure to pay the costs mentioned above, during the return of your item, a 10% restocking fee will incur on your refund.
